Is DeliveryRadar free?
Core features are completely free β place search, door-number lookup, offline search, proof records, order timing and bookkeeping.
[Android] Also includes public community tags and voting. Plans are monthly, quarterly, yearly or a lifetime purchase, priced as shown in-app on Google Play; a verified new account gets 15 free VIP days, and daily check-ins plus ads earn points redeemable for VIP days.
[iPhone] Apple subscriptions only: NT$190/month, NT$490/quarter or NT$990/year as listed on the App Store (Taiwan storefront). No lifetime purchase, no account rewards and no points redemption (the iPhone build does not require an account).
Does it auto-detect my dispatch orders?
No.
DeliveryRadar never reads your screen, never watches dispatches in the background, never intercepts or takes over your orders.
It's a look-before-you-go tool: you type an address or community name to search β or actively pick an order screenshot from your gallery and let OCR read the address.
You hold the initiative, always.
Will it conflict with foodpanda or Uber Eats?
No.
DeliveryRadar is an independent lookup tool. It doesn't take over dispatches, modify orders, or hook into delivery apps β it simply helps you judge an address before accepting. Fully compliant.
Are my addresses and private notes synced anywhere?
Private notes are stored
on-device only, never uploaded β export a CSV manually if you want a backup.
Community tags are shared anonymously and carry none of your dispatch history or personal data β
public community posting is an Android feature; the iPhone build keeps everything on the device and requires no account.

Does offline mode really work?
Yes.
Location data ships inside the app β after first install you can search, browse tags and read notes with no connection.
Only uploading new tags, voting and community sync need network β and those are Android features.
Does it track my location?
No sneaking. Location is used in two cases only, and neither uploads to the cloud:
β "Nearby" mode β distances computed in memory, nothing stored.
β‘ Mileage recording (Work Log) β only after you tap Start. The route is stored on your phone only; delete it or export it anytime. No tap, no recording.
We do not request background location, so the app never locates you in the background. Turn the permission off anytime; the app still works fully (you just lose nearby sorting and mileage recording).
Does the data cover my city?
The Taiwan-wide building database keeps growing, though coverage varies by area.
In thinner areas, add places yourself β the more riders join, the faster it fills in.

Is the iPhone version the same as Android?
The feature scope differs.
iPhone is a local-only version: building lookup, private notes, proof records, foreground tracking and bookkeeping all stay on your device, no account required, and nothing is uploaded to our servers by the app.
Android additionally offers public community posting, accounts with cloud sync, the floating window and background timing.
Both offer an ad-free paid plan, billed by Google Play or the App Store respectively.
